The BLUE-LINE monoblocks are reliable systems built from premium-quality materials, available in configurations with 2, 3 or 4 working stations, depending on the user’s requirements. With 12 to 16 operating heads, they are the result of extensive experience in the bottling industry.
3D engineering design and the use of advanced CNC manufacturing technology allow us to produce our bottling lines with excellent precision, efficiency and operational safety.
All monoblocks are mechanically driven by a single motor, ensuring high reliability together with easier operation and maintenance. They are also equipped with a frequency inverter for speed adjustment.
The installed conveyor belts and screw-feed systems are easy to replace, allowing quick adaptation to different bottle formats and sizes.
The rinsing and filling units are available in several versions and can be combined with capping systems for:
- cylindrical corks
- screw caps
- crown caps
- T-shaped / mushroom corks
