OENOBENT STANDARD GRANULAR is a premium-quality bentonite specifically designed for use in flotation systems and all types of clarification processes. Its granular form facilitates dilution and handling while minimizing dust generation during application. It provides excellent deproteinization performance without affecting the organoleptic characteristics of wines.
The use of Oenobent Standard Granular ensures optimal results for all types of musts and wines. Its application is recommended whenever a rapid deproteinizing action is required to achieve protein stability in the treated product.
Oenobent Standard Granular also helps reduce the riboflavin content present in wine, thereby limiting defects associated with the so-called “light-struck taste” (caused by excessive exposure of wine to natural or artificial light).
DOSAGE
For musts, wines, and vinegars: 30–100 g/hL.
