The electric grape destemmer-crusher with centrifugal pump is designed for home winemakers, small and medium-sized wineries that require destemming, berry crushing and grape mash transfer in a single, continuous operation.
Manufactured in Italy by Fratelli Baesso, the machine is equipped with an integrated stainless steel centrifugal pump, allowing the grape mash to be transferred over a distance of approximately 5–6 metres, eliminating the need for a separate transfer pump.
The feeding hopper, manufactured from electrostatically powder-coated steel, features a tilting design that provides quick access to the internal components, making cleaning and maintenance fast and straightforward.
The feed auger continuously conveys the grapes to the stainless steel separating drum, where the berries are efficiently separated from the stems by a paddle shaft. The stems are automatically discharged, while the resulting grape mash is collected by a second feed auger and transferred to the stainless steel centrifugal pump, which delivers the product directly to the fermentation tank or the next stage of the winemaking process.
Its robust construction, stable frame and two front wheels allow the machine to be easily moved and positioned within the winery.
