The TPF corking machines for cylindrical and mushroom corks are manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, with the corking head equipped with precision-finished stainless steel inserts.
They are suitable for both natural cork and synthetic stoppers with diameters of 22, 24 and 26 mm, and can also be optionally equipped for 28 mm corks on request.
The corking process is fast, taking approximately 2 seconds, which helps reduce pressure on the bottle neck.
The maximum cork height supported is 50 mm.
The machines are equipped with a hopper with mechanical agitator, ensuring continuous cork feeding. The cork is inserted into the bottle by means of a piston operated by a 0.75 kW gear motor, available in single-phase or three-phase versions.
