Once the grapes have been placed in the vat, the worm shaft will lead them to the crushing rollers area, the shaft blades will push the grapes inside the rollers so that they will perform the first operation, crushing. Underneath the vat, the following operation will take place, separating the crushed grains and the must from the bunches, which will be discharged to the opposite side of the engine by rotating the vane shaft. The crushed grains together with the resulting wort will fall gravitationally through the holes with a diameter of 22 mm of the stainless steel cylinder placed under the vat, in the tub or barrel on which the device rests.
