It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can operate with bags from 1 to 28 liters, with a format compatible with the supporting surface, size 600 x 600 mm. The filling operations are carried out automatically and involve the evacuation of air from the bag, the filling with liquid and the subsequent introduction of nitrogen. The cover is removed and inserted manually, using a lever, while the product quantity is to be set by means of an electronic display and measured by rotor liter counters.
The machine is supplied with filling pump, arranged on stainless steel trolley. The time required to pack a 3-liter bag is between 12 - 14 seconds and compressed air supply is required.
