Frequently Asked Questions
Is the stainless steel drum shown in the photo included?
Yes. It is the container used for the sanitizing solution.
When is the pneumatic pump recommended instead of the electric pump?
We recommend the pneumatic pump when bottling spirits and distilled beverages, and whenever ethyl alcohol is used for cleaning or sanitizing bottles.
What is the difference between a recirculation pump and a single-use water rinse system? Why choose one or the other?
With the recirculation pump version, the sanitizing solution (water + chemical agent) is recirculated, allowing the same volume of water to be used for a larger number of bottles.
If chemical sanitizers are not required, the machine can be supplied in the single-use water version, without recirculation pump and connected directly to the water supply. In this case, the water is discharged after each use.
Can EasyWash rinsers also be used with plastic or PET bottles?
It is always recommended to test a few sample bottles first, as some lightweight or low-density plastic materials may deform during processing.
